What is the Sonno 100-night trial?
We offer a risk-free 100-night trial on all our mattresses. If you are not completely satisfied after a minimum of 30 nights, we will arrange a free return and issue a full refund.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 3 to 7 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
Do I need to flip my Sonno mattress?
No, our mattresses are designed with a specific layered structure and do not require flipping. We do recommend rotating the mattress 180 degrees every 6 months for even wear.
What kind of warranty do you offer?
Every Sonno bed comes with a 10-year limited warranty that covers manufacturing defects and structural indentations greater than one inch.
Are your materials eco-friendly and safe?
Yes, all our foams are CertiPUR-US® certified, meaning they are made without ozone depleters, heavy metals, or formaldehyde, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for your home.
